How Drop Off Works:

  1. Schedule your drop-off appointment from your Consignor Account
  2. Plan on 15-60 minutes, depending on your item count
  3. Organize it before you arrive (see below)
  4. Complete Online Check in BEFORE loading your vehicle
  5. Put your items on the sales floor after they’re inspected

 

Drop Off Appointments help us plan for staffing but are not required. Come anytime during the hours listed below, however be sure to arrive AT LEAST 30 minutes prior to closing.  Log into your Consignor Account to choose the drop off time that works best for you.  

All consignors will be sent a TEXT to CHECK IN ONLINE prior to arriving at the venue. (Make sure you have subscribed!) Completing this check in will make for a smooth & easy drop off process. Text will arrive approximately 3 days prior to drop off.

Prepare for Drop Off: 

  • Have clothing organized by size & gender. 
  • Items too large to carry will need a pink “claim ticket” therefore bring your barcoded tag but do not attach it to your item; it will be stapled to the Claim Ticket.
  • Purses, diaper bags & baby carriers must be zip tied to a hanger.
  • Security tags/sensors available as needed.
  • Bring a wagon, etc to help you bring your items into the venue. Rolling racks will be available, first come/first serve. (No buggies are available)

Shop the Consignors Only PreSale

Consignors Only Pre-Sale: First Choice & Best Selection

  • Only Consignors who tag & drop off 10 or more items qualify to shop with Consignors. Consignors may bring their spouse, and/or a grandparent. Kids welcome but not encouraged. 
  • Add (optional) Shifts from within your Consignor Account to be considered a Premier Consignor to shop earlier & increase your percentage. Entry time is based upon your chosen Tier Level (Refer to the Consignor Agreement for explanation)
  • Consignors will receive a link to claim their Shopping Pass when they bring their items to the venue.
  • Premier Consignor Shifts open Monday, April 8 at 8pm & are first come/first serve

  • 4 shifts (Tier 4): 2:15pm (78%)
  • 3 shifts (Tier 3): 2:30pm (76%)
  • 2 shifts (Tier 2): 2:45pm (74%)
  • 1 shift (Tier 1): 3pm (72%)

Note:  $15 Consignor Fee is waived with your first shift ($0 deducted)

Fast Deposits 

  • How much would you like us to do? Select (optional) shifts to increase your percentage, shop earlier & help sell your items. $15 Consignor Fee is waived with the first shift. Shifts open April 8 at 8pm and are first come/first serve.
  • Your selected Tier determines your shop time & deposit percentage. Refer to the Consignor Agreement for more info.
  • Provide an accurate PayPal email in your consignor account for no delay on receiving your deposit. Deposits occur within 10 business days (usually 4-5). We pay the fees.
  • Funds not accepted by PayPal are returned to us after 30 days.
  • Want to sell at another location? YES you can transfer your inventory! Follow these directions to avoid retagging.
  • How much do you want us to do?
    • Consignors pay 30% commission & a $15 Consignor Fee, which is deducted from deposit
    • Add a shift for decreased commission, earlier shop times & waived Consignor Fee
    • Add shifts from your Consignor Account
  • Refer to the Consignor Agreement, located within your Consignor Account, for complete information about commission, fees, Tier Levels, shop times and more.

Unsold Items? Donate it or pick it up?

On average, our consignors sell 75% of their items and receive a $400+ deposit. What sells is determined by shoppers. Maximize your sales by prepping your BEST items, and pricing them attractively.

If some items aren’t purchased by shoppers, you can retrieve them during the designated Pick Up hours. Follow the provided Pick Up Directions if getting everything back is important to you. Pick is up is not required. (New pick-up procedures: only sort your own items, if you wish. Easy & fast!)  If you plan on transferring unsold items to the next location, follow these directions.

To maximize your sales, you can opt to leave unsold items so they are included in the 50%/75% off one hour “Super Sale,” which occurs immediately after pick-up concludes.  Once the Super Sale ends, all unsold items are immediately donated on your behalf to Community Bridge, Helping Hands, St. Gabriel’s Project and other charities, who greatly value the donation.
